DO I NEED ANYONE’S PERMISSION TO INSTALL A TEMPORARY WALL?

Yes, you must obtain permission from your landlord or management before we install the temporary walls.
If you are moving to a rental building, and don’t know who to ask, feel free to give us a call, most likely we worked there before.
If your building's landlord does not allow you to divide the apartment- don’t worry, you might still have a chance. Download our Bookcase system file, and forward it to your building's landlord. Most likely they will approve the partition after reviewing the file. The bookcase wall is considered a free standing bookcase partition and does not violate any building codes.

WHAT IF I WANT SOMEONE FROM Dr-WALL TO MEET ME IN THE APARTMENT FOR HELP WITH MEASURMENTS AND GENERAL CONSULTATION?

No Problem, we will be happy to meet up, no charge of course.

DO I NEED TO BE IN THE APARTMENT WHILE Dr-WALL INSTALLS MY TEMPORARY WALL?

No, but it’s recommended that you will be there to meet our installers and show them exactly where you want to place the temporary wall and door. If you absolutely can’t meet the installers in the morning, make sure you leave tape on the floor, showing where to place the temporary wall and door.
